Job Description

• Explore Upaya’s potential marketplace to establish a new hub 
• Plan and carry out onboarding of new franchisee  
• Coordinate with Outstation’s lead; To hire, train and supervise all the staff in the branch office and ensure smooth function of the offices and in the case of franchise operation,
• Work as a focal point on behalf of the Company
• To ensure key metrics of the branches are achieving and provide all support required
• To act as relationship manager for key customer accounts of the Company for retention and growth
• Planning and Implementation of Branch Targets and reporting to Outstation Lead 

Job Specification

• Completed Bachelor's degree in any field
• Willingness to travel outside the valley
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field
• Experience in Logistics field is preferred
