Job Description
- Explore Upaya’s potential marketplace to establish a new hub
- Plan and carry out onboarding of new franchisee
- Coordinate with Outstation’s lead; To hire, train and supervise all the staff in the branch office and ensure smooth function of the offices and in the case of franchise operation,
- Work as a focal point on behalf of the Company
- To ensure key metrics of the branches are achieving and provide all support required
- To act as relationship manager for key customer accounts of the Company for retention and growth
- Planning and Implementation of Branch Targets and reporting to Outstation Lead
Job Specification
- Completed Bachelor's degree in any field
- Willingness to travel outside the valley
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field
- Experience in Logistics field is preferred
